The issues of Diversity & Inclusion have been brought to company tables: initially as a forced choice, then as a real moment of social awareness.

Disability, on planet “Diversity”, has followed the same path. Starting from a legal obligation, companies have begun to consider workers belonging to Protected Categories as well-rounded workers, with their own skills and areas for growth.
Disability exists, but is a human condition. If well managed, it allows workers to be productive for their own benefit but also and above all for the company.
