Digital assessment

We support companies in the evaluation of external resources in order to find the right match between the characteristics of the candidates and the organisational context. In particular, we analyse in depth the behavioural characteristics of the person with a particular focus on attitudes, soft skills and motivational levers.

We identify the behavioural characteristics, values ​​and the level of emotional intelligence of the candidate so as to set up a path of growth, improvement and development tailored to him.
We then determine the degree of correspondence between the behaviours of the new resource and the expectations inherent in the job position, identifying the potential behavioural and motivational strengths, any conflict between behaviours and values, the ideal environment, the keys to success and finally, an action plan.
